Did you know?

Did you know the first Dogue De Bordeaux in Australia was imported in 1992? The bitch, “Oak Creek’s I’m Garys”, was imported by Garry R. Gillard. This bitch was sold by Pete Curley in the USA and Garry went on to import another female who arrived in 1993 and a male in 1994. The breed was formally recognised by the ANKC in 1994 and they went on to adopt the FCI standard for the Dogue de Bordeaux in 1996.
